::This is a huge shopping center as it really encompasses everything right off Happy Valley back South deep to the wall of shops where Walmart is the anchor store. This location has more big box stores than the small stores (Home Depot, Walmart, etc.) as a majority of the rest are food choices. Near the middle you have the strip full of quick food choices, all of them great (such as Cafe Rios and Shane’s Rib Shack), but you also have large sit-down style with great options. Even has a gas station and car-wash on the corner of the shopping center! It’s very packed around the center (like in front of Home Depot) during the food rush hours and can be hard to find parking.

::The car wash and gas station are separate never ever add the car wash to your gas purchase or you will be double charged. Very confusing and frustrating. I will never darken the doors of either again. If its that easy to double charge that means there is not any checks and balances in place. I hope anyone that had done the pump purchase double checks they bank balance. You will notice the price of the car wash was added but it did not show on the pump. Then the car wash people make you go in and pay again. What a scam.

::My wife and I stop here to eat occasionally when we are headed home from Phoenix. The food places are varied and good. It's a quick exit and back onto the I-17. I recommend to anyone headed N or S if you want a good choice of food swing through here.
