  Happy lemon is always great. This location is fairly chaotic though. The tables and chairs always seem a bit disorganized and a bit sticky. Staff is very helpful and they are pretty fast.

  Just wait 20 minutes for a single waffle order without drinks and it comes out cold. Not even warm, legit cold. This Happy Lemon used to be good, not anymore.

  The wait time for a drink is more than 15 mins with only 3 customers waiting , not acceptable.

  Nice playlist going when I arrived I was greeted by friendly employees. Ordered my drinks with light ice, and glad I did because it was still way too much ice. Ran out of regular boba and didn’t want to replace the toppings it regularly comes with. Everything is an extra up charge here. Overall enjoyed the drinks. Ube milk & black tea are my fav. You’re spending $6-$8 on average.

  Had the Jasmine Milk tea with lychee jelly and cheese foam. It was ok. Barely any foam. The Happy Lemon in Alameda is way better and they don’t skimp on the cheese foam.
