::I really CANNOT even give their customer service over the phone a 1 out of 5. You cannot UNDERSTAND A WORD THEY SAY OVER THE PHONE, AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT, THEY YELLED AT ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I WAS JUST TRYING TO ORDER FOOD FOR MY FATHER. THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND CONTINUED TO YELL AT ME WHEN I CALLED BACK. AND TOLD ME THAT NO ONE THERE SPOKE ENGLISH. THE RUDEST EXPERIENCE ON THE PHONE I'VE EVER HAD ORDERING FOOD. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!!

::DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THIEVES!!! We came from Colorado on a cheer competition and ordered food from these crooks after a long day. We ordered over the phone and waited then waited some more, finally I called to cancel the order and miricously all of a sudden it's on it's way, as i was on the phone cancelling they charge my card $60. I told them i wish to cancel and they said he left 15 min ago, when 10 seconds before he had just walked out the door. So I said ok whatever. Waited and waited some more and nothing. I called again and said if they don't refund my money immediately I'll be going there with the police and they actually hung up on me. So i drove down to the place after telling them i was on my way and show up about 10 min before closing, they actually see me pull up and procede to lock the door and refused to answer, I called no answer called again, no answer. So then I called the cops, cops show up see there's still someone in there and they refuse to answer. Filed a police report and now i have to dispute the charge with my bank. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!

::If I could post a -5 star review, I would. I'm here from out of town, called and placed and order...checked my account and it hadn't been charged yet, so I called to cancel, as we made other plans... The woman who answered hung up on us, not once...not twice...but 3 times... refused to cancel the order, then immediately charged my card.. 1.5 hours later, and they're now closed, and still no food.

::I've been ordering from this restaurant for a cpl years now and the food is always great!!!!! They deliver fast and the food is still hot. You can tell by the sweet ladys voice who takes orders over the phone that you're getting authentic Asian cuisine, so just be patient when ordering and I guarantee you'll be pleased.

::Ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Young and 2 eggrolls had it delivered and the food is DISGUSTING!! The vegetables are hard and the shrimp not cooked fully. And when I called up there the lady wanted to act like she didn't understand me. Not wasting my time nor money there again!! Wish I would have read sum of the reviews first. New to Omaha Nebraska and was looking for sum good Chinese food and this was not what I was expecting!!😟😟😤😤
