  Horrible. I tried the wash and fold twice and each time my whites were returned to me with curious oil based stains. Upon the second horrible instance I requested that the situation be remediated and the only course of action that I was offered was to bring back my items to be re-washed...I don't understand the logic there, a refund, even a partial one would have gone over way better. Buyer beware with this location.

  Damaged my clothing. I brought a nearly new, custom-made dress shirt in for dry cleaning. The cuff was destroyed by some machinery, torn and stained. They admitted that they had done it, but refused to replace it -- they offered $20, which was not even close to the price of the shirt.
