  Ordered two jackets...only one was available, and they charged me for the shipping for both. So the other one I didn't want after the one I received, just didn't like the stitching, but they finally have the other one available today... they charged my card and I immediately called to cancel it and they said it had already been shipped. The minute it was charged, it was shipped? Last jacket took three days just to ship

  Ordered online with logo embroidery and was given one price, which I thought was the price to be charged. Came back the next day with increased price saying that was "approx" pricing. Then why let me go through the online ordering and show me a pricing if its going to change? How about put no price and call to ask for the real pricing. Wasn't that much...it was just the principle of changing after I was already emailed a confirmation of the price.

  Very poor customer service... I was very disappointed jackets were not true to size. Jackets were too short and I spoke with customer service they refused to send return shipping label and would not credit my account for either shipping charges. Products did not meet expectations at all. Poor customer service and they do not stand behind their product or try to make it right
