  When my lens popped out of my glasses they were super helpful, and fixed it for free.

  Just walked in with a micro-screw missing from my hand-me-down designer sunglasses. They did it on the spot, instantly, polished the lenses, and all for NO CHARGE! Now, I can't say they'll do this for everyone, but I was certainly taken aback, in a very good way!
