  Mr. Alexander Shaw owns Hangers Cleaners and ruined a black sweater of mine and refuses to reimburse me for the sweater even after promising to get it fixed for the past year. I never yell and I found myself yesterday yelling at him in his store. I said "claim it on your insurance" and he said he does not have insurance and he refuses to pay me for this expensive sweater. He tells me he did not clean the sweater and yet it has his tag on it and it is the only dry cleaner I used. He offered to get if fixed for a year and now tells me he did not clean it. Said he drove to St. Johns knits in Newport to get it fixed and now tells me he did not clean the sweater. He DID clean the sweater and now I am forced to go to small claims court. Don't trust this man nor his dry cleaners.
