  They can't build a toddler leg brace that works to save their life AND they can't seem to bill the insurance company correctly and they WILL put you in collections as a result, without even notifying you about it, all the while ensuring that they will fix the billing issue? Then once they've done that, they wash their hands of it! Amazing!!! Try making emergency appointments and they have an impossible time accommodating you and act like they are doing you such a favor. You basically have to make appointments that you might end up cancelling just to have a spot. My toddler has injuries as a result of their leg brace and no one seems to be able to fix it after MONTHS of followups. I'll post pictures as soon as my wife gets them to me. They're all nice to your face but there never is any real satisfaction, especially when the toddler can't get the benefits of the leg brace. We have therapists asking us what is going on with such a horrible leg brace so we're not making anything up. The blood was wiped from her ankles before the pictures were taken.She couldn't even do a simple school outing at Van Saun Park with this faulty shoddy excuse for a leg brace. A 3 1/2 year old stroke victim shouldn't have to go through this. In a two hour period her leg came out of the brace no less than 8 times! She cried that she couldn't walk!!! She limped saying that her foot was burning! We tell them this over many visit, they make small adjustments, and send us on our way. Here we are again even worse results than previous. There REALLY needs to be more competition in this space.

  Love this office because of Bruce. He is great with the kids and very patient. He made me feel comfortable. The staff are polite. I recommend this place.

  "Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. Ridiculous." Update: I'm glad I did because I enjoyed the experience. Just was having a rough day. Great people and place.
