::Pretty terrible. First, I called to make an appointment with the business owner. He insisted on a morning appointment the next day. I moved some meetings around and agreed. 4 hours before the appointment, he emailed me to say he can't make it with no explanation. I rescheduled for the following day. What I got was the laziest, rudest, most non competent individual ever. First and foremost, the job was to hang curtain rods up. The guy came without a ladder and asked me if I could provide him with spackle! He kept saying he should probably just come home and do it another day. I insisted he do the job since he was here. I told them that it was really important to get the job done before the week. I went and I got him a ladder to use. He then put the ladder on my TempurPedic mattress. I told him not to do that and please not to step on the $3000 bed frame. He stepped right on it and laughed at how expensive it looked. I told him to stop and he insisted he couldn't finish the job because he needed someone to help him move the bed. The bed was hardly in the way. I told him no, and to just hang the curtains on the one side that had nothing in the way. He refused so I asked him to leave. He left, leaving a hole in my wall that he didn't patch and mud on my floor.
