  I spoke to John the owner and he repaired not one but two of my wives Rings replacing the stones and both of them and they both look fantastic I want to thank John and the Jewelers at handiwork.

  This store is the best place I have been in a long time where the service given was out of complete honesty and concern. I needed cash fast and pawned some heirlooms knowing better, but; needed heat during the winter last year. I got a month a two behind and the gentleman was so calm and gentle in reassuring me that my jewels were safe and that I could pay and keep my jewelry until I was able to get it out. I was so happy because you just don't find good customer service like that often! Also, they were fair when it came to loaning me the amount of money I needed based on the type of jewelry.
