::I have been purchasing medical supplies from Handi for a year now. Itβs easy location easy parking, and business hours are convenient for show room visit. Most importantly every time I visited the store or talk to staff on the phone, I am impressed with their medical knowledge, passion to help people in need, and willingness to help customers and provide follow ups. Ashley is great, and she really went above and beyond to understand what I needed, took notes, gave me good advise on the spot, and followed up on my questions! They really show that they care about the product and the customers.

::There extremely slow at answering there phones when I'm just simply calling for the repair department to send out one of there technicians to fix my wheelchair; & it takes me about 30 minutes to finally talk to an actual person.

::The new phone system sucks. Most calls start at about 10 minutes just holding, I call every month at least once. Often, unqualified employees are fielding those calls. This order is confusing to them at best and is often arbitrarily changed, sometimes not actually ordered. At least 50% of the time something is wrong with this monthly order that has been filled by Handi since 2013. Often it takes forever to get. The last medical supply company we used was much worse and had an auto fill. They used to do better. Now I be wondering what their employees are 'on'.O-o

::I want to express my sincere thanks to an excellent organization. Teresa took care of me and looked out for my best interests while I was still in a rehab facillity and continued to do so for almost three years. It was a seamless handoff to Alex who continued to be responsive to my needs, just as good as Teresa. I'm extremely lucky because I'm a complicated case: Urostomy, colostomy, and an open wound. I'm thankful and lucky! Handi is the best! Stan Johnson
