  Very disappointed in service provided yesterday, was looking forward to finally using gift card, but felt like it was waste of my time ! Explained what my issue was (tight back) and basically had gentle pat down on the back instead of purposeful message. And Every little thing is extra charge, when you are already spending a lot for message, its ridiculous. Please don't waste your time! Spoke to lady behind desk about issue before I left, and she could not help at all.

  I have a membership with hand and stone and enjoy the experience of continued exploration in the services they provide. The staff is professional and nice. And most importantly the facility itself is clean. The rejuvenating aroma therapy uplifts the senses.

  It took me FOREVER to cancel my membership to this place. I was very unsatisfied with my facial and went to the front desk to tell the young lady there she had an attitude and said, "Well you were late it was the best we could do." I then asked to speak to the manager. She came out of her room after making me wait about 5 minutes to speak to her. And.. ANOTHER ATTITUDE! When i asked her if she had a boss, she then told me, "I am the boss." But when I looked up online who owns that spa it was not that women. The manger was Gloria, Very snippy, Very Nasty. Will not return!

  WARNING!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I recently moved to Port Washington and went looking for a good spa to relax. THIS IS A WARNING. DO NOT GO TO HAND AND STONE IN PORT WASHINGTON. The rooms were terribly dirty, and had an odor like someone died in the back room. The massage was very rushed and wasn't even the full 50 mins. Maybe 40 mins top when I paid for the hour? They have a nasty staff and after i signed up for the membership to save money, i cant tell you the hassle it was, and how they put up a huge fight to cancel my membership, and then continued to charge me THE FULL PRICE!! This place is unprofessional and a scam. Beware!
