::My therapist Anthony is amazing! Not very happy about changes that management has made however. My previous therapist left just after the change, and I am strongly considering after they increased my monthly fee by $10 overnight despite me being a loyal member for many years. They also charge a fee for allowing a friend you bring to use the massage you've already paid for. They have changed from the feeling of a local family business into a typical corporate chain.

::I loved this place so much! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The ladies at the front are awesome! Way better than Massage Envy! I got a membership for a better price and didn't have to sign a year contract! Can't wait for my next appointment!

::Terrible customer service. Family and I have consistently bought gift cards as gifts for Hand & Stone Massage with issues. The gift card I received was missing funds for gratuity. I purchased a gift card for my uncle as a first time guest. But the receptionist kept refuting my claims he was a first time guest. I hope that he isn't charged to the $30 extra when this was intended as a gift. The massage I received and my other family member received were mediocre. I don't recommend this spot. I received a massage from another massage studio (not Hand & Stone) and was blown away from a customer service respect and massage service. Please do not purchase from this Hand & Stone
Truth Be Told
::It has recently changed ownership and it seems like everything has changed along with it. I have canceled my membership I signed 3 weeks after they originally opened their doors, so it really pained me to do so. But, I just cannot accept mediocre service or fighting with all the customers to get a day with one of the only good therapist, especially when I get massages 2-3 times a month. I just missed that personalized service that showed they cared in and out of the therapy room.
