  Today we ( my Mother, Sister and I ) went to try this place out. We chose the South Arlington location because it was closer to our Mom’s house, unfortunately that was a mistake. When the masseuse introduced herself (Heather) to my Mom, she stated that she is “nursing a tennis elbow” so she’s going to try some “other methods” in addition to the regular massage. We didn’t know what it means, but went on in to try. So she barely touched my Mom and used these glass cups to rub my Mom up and down, and also lightly used to it suction her shoulders. When it was done, we told the manager the situation and addressed that if the Masseuse was not well to give a proper service then they should have assigned someone else or reschedule. I told her that it was subpar service and they shouldn’t have allowed that to happen. The manager rebuttal with, “although it was subpar service, service was rendered.” So basically they would not acknowledge that they were in the wrong.

  Scheduled a deep tissue massage for severe neck tension. I was given an extremely soft Swedish massage. I repeatedly said I need my neck muscles worked out with no work done where I needed it. I spoke with the manager with no remedy for the failed attempt at a massage. Maybe I was too nice, but I expected a offer to provide the originally requested service... I got no offer to rectify the issue.

  My son gave me a 3 month gift card to get a massage because he knew I had been stressed a lot. I have used them all and will continue to visit this location. I enjoyed my massages and want to try other services.

  The therapists may have been okay but Horrible experience! DO NOT EVER get the membership. They lure you in telling you all this good stuff and that you can cancel anytime but they don’t tell you that once you decided to cancel they’ll still gonna charge you one more time and their reason is that you cancelled after the 30 day billing cycle. Well they charge monthly and that’s 30 days right so obviously you’re after the billing cycle already when you cancelled! And that’s their trick! It doesn’t matter whether you cancel before the next charge or not they’ll still gonna charge you one more time! That’s just how they wanna rip you. And they treat you horribly when you ask for their manager who never speak to you as they promise ! So DON’T ever come here. I still have available service but I did not ever wanna come back anymore because of that experience. I go to this location in Matlock and they’re terrible, and oh, you can’t give that remaining package away to someone say your family or friend. They just want you to suffer seeing them or give your money to them. I was treated horribly when I complained about this, they intentionally did not answer my calls and so I went over and personally talked to the nasty people and oh they just got “nicer” because there were customers in the lounge.

  Rachel is absolutely the best massage therapist I've ever had! She is very thorough. She has a 6th sense about the body and seems to know exactly what to do to get the kinks worked out! I highly recommend you see her!
