  People are nice, but operations and customer service are HORRIBLE. I have had issue after issue trying to book appts. I was told one masseuse only works one day a week, and another only ONE DAY A MONTH. Of course they are booked for several weeks in advance so you can't get appts with them. And when you try to book several weeks in advance, you're told "we don't have their schedules yet". They are constantly promising that a manager will call you back, but no one ever calls. Also, after you cancel your contract, they STILL bill you for another session and claim it's part of the contract!! I've heard other complaints from other customers as well. Bad, bad business. Go elsewhere.

  Very disappointing. My husband pays monthly for massages which he has hardly used but he hurt his back back yesterday so I just called to get him an appt for a massage and was told nothing was available today or this weekend. She then told me clients are recommended to call a week in advance for an appt. You don't know a week in advance something like this so she's putting him on the pending list and if anything opens up they will call him. Like he can just sit by the phone and wait for a call like he has nothing else to do. I can't believe that when he really needs a massage he can't get one. What is the sense of having a membership Making sure his membership is cancelled 😣

  Had my first facial here. The girls were wonderful and my skin was glowing after. They didn't try to push other treatments. Just told me honestly what I needed and what I didn't. I can't wait to go back!

  I booked a message here to use a Spa & Wellness gift card. My experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and polite and the service was great. I highly recommend the deep tissue message and the peppermint scalp message. Left feeling awesome and relaxed. Also, they gave me coupons for future service and all their prices are reasonable.
