  AMAZING Massage! I am already booked for my next one in 2 weeks. LOVED the experience and ambiance and my therapist was so good!

  I had a positive and negative experience. This is my first visit to Hand and Stone and my last. The lady up front was very nice. The masseuse seemed very nice. I was having a 60 minute massage and an add on 15 minute peppermint scalp massage. I was there early. She began my appointment at 9:06pm as per the clock in the room. During the massage she turned the clock sideways so I could not see the time. I always make sure of the time so I can make sure I am getting my whole hour or hour and fifteen minutes as the case may be. Well she stopped and said how do you feel. I have to say the massage was nice until I realized I was ripped off. She ended the massage at 9:56, only 50 minutes, not the 75 minutes it was susposed to be. I guess because I was the last appointment and I had a free 60 minute massage and opted for an add on that was another $15, she wanted to get out of there so why not rip the client off. This is equivalent to stealing from me. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and reflects negatively on your business. Shame on you!! This is why I as well as everyone I know will not be returning to Hand and Stone in at 124 East Main Street in Babylon. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow to ask why this happened and is it their normal business practice or not. Very Disappointing!!

  My first time at this location and I was beyond pleased with my experience. I’ve been to multiple locations and have been going to Hand and Stone for years as a member of theirs and this location will be the one I visit for here on in. I went today for a massage and a facial. I’ve had hundreds of massages but I’ve never had one like I did today. Antonio was amazing. More than five stars in my book. My facial was relaxing, gratifying and exceptionally professional. My skin felt like silk when I left. Heather is the best esthetician I’ve ever come across. Will be going back and will be seeing both of them again!!! Thanks guys for an amazing day.

  Hand and Stone is a great spa! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is very calming. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. Calvin, my massage therapist was amazing. I’ve been to many high end spas for treatments but Calvin’s massage was the best I ever had. I have already scheduled my next appointment with him. The spa is very clean and offers some fantastic products. All without the staff being pushy. I’d highly recommended Hand and Stone!!

  I absolutely love Hand & Stone in Babylon. The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful. The facility is always extremely clean and it smells so nice in there. I try to come here at least once a month to get my dose of feel good :)
