::I am giving 5 star because of how they handled my medical emergency. They called 911 immediately on my request and got the medical attention at the right time. Though facilities & cleanliness are passe, Hotel makes up for it with excellent staff.

::This is a nice hotel, friendly staff, the only complaint I have was the hotel coffee maker in the room had an old coffee pod in it. Otherwise I would mark 5 stars instead of 4. Other than that no complaints.

::On April 21st we had our dad’s 70th birthday at the Hampton Inn Elmsford and Sheridan (sales)was amazing! She took care of us the entire time, she made sure we had everything we needed and we are so grateful for her hospitality. My dad had an awesome time and it would not have been so great if Sheridan didn’t come to the rescue. Thank you for an amazing night!

::I wish i could put zero stars. I came here with my girlfriend for our anniversary and it was the anniversary from hell. I paid for two nights at this hotel and the first night there were hairs all over the bed and pillow and we were told that we would be switched out in the morning. The next morning, me and my girlfriend woke up with itching bumps on our arms and legs respectively. As we found out later that evening, to which i have photographic and video evidence, it was from a number of spiders that had infested the room. We were finally switched to a new room after informing the night manager, which had us write a statement, (which we not only were not supposed to write ourselves, but they also did not give us a copy due to protocol) and the next morning when we were supposed to check out were originally promised not only a full refund, which i have in writing, but also we were offered an extra night by the day manager Vanessa to which I refused. I then called Expedia and my bank to insure that I would be receiving a full refund, which i received by my bank. Months later, I received a notice from my bank that the hotel re-disputed the original claim and stated that the hair that was in the room belonged to my girlfriend, (the hair was red in the room and my girlfriend has brown hair and it is curly yet the hairs were straight), and also that i was asked to leave on the first night due to apparently “being highly dissatisfied and complaining” which is a lie and there are dated photos in which we are in the hotel the next day. So now I have been robbed by this hotel due to lies and must go through hoops to get my money back after this unfortunate experience.
