  The staff is very nice and accommodating. I have never been given a room upgrade even though as a Reward’s Diamond member I am entitled to, but on this stay, I received one without asking or excepting. The staff here is the most consistent with stellar customer service. This location should be commended for its high quality customer care and service especially in a world that it is sometimes overlooked.

  We love the hotel and staff here! In early 2022, we booked a block of rooms for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding that took place this past December. Michelle from the sales office was incredibly helpful and communicated with me each month as the wedding approached. She helped us solidify the meeting room which was perfect for our bridal bunco event and was so friendly to all of our family and friends who visited the hotel or who were staying as guests. The front desk staff (Brian, Sunny, and Beth) also were incredibly helpful and kind. (Sorry if I forgot anyone.) Our guests all mentioned how comfortable the rooms were, how much they loved breakfast, and how the lobby and dining area allowed for long conversations and family time. Additionally, having the little plaza and restaurants in the same parking lot made it easy for everyone to grab lunch and dinner without having to use a car. There was so much to do close by, but it still had a homey and serene vibe. I will forever be grateful to the staff at this hotel for everything they did to support our family and friends! Thank you all so much!

  My visit to this location was excellent. My stay was for 4 days for the Taylor's Anniversary Party. Staff that I encountered was pleasant, especially the young man setting up the breakfast area. Rooms were nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The lobby area and elevators were clean. The location had food, entertainment, gas, and convenience stores in walking distance just a few feet away.

  The hotel was new. So, the facility was clean everywhere. Even the pool bathroom. Which is never clean at many hotels. Location was great! Shopping, and restaurants a couple of feet away. No microwave in the room, however there is a microwave at the front desk if you really need to heat up something. Breakfast was great. Saved money there. Day work front desk staff member and the gentleman who assisted during breakfast was great.

  We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in... The staff was super friendly and helpful.The rooms and pool were nice and clean. And the complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus. with all of its variety, including a delicious hot breakfast! We would definitely stay here again.
