Location is nice, just off of a main road. Rooms are decent with normal services. Person signing for room must be 21 or older.

On February 2nd, 2018, my wife and I booked a reservation via the Hilton Honors App at the Hampton Inn-Seattle downtown for our upcoming vacation on May 18-19. This would be our second visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the hotel. We paid via advanced pay. On April 26, 3 weeks prior to our trip we were advised that the hotel was going to "receive some TLC and to uphold our high Hilton standards for our guests and since we have more rooms that will be going out of service than we originally anticipated, we will not be able to accommodate your current reservations for this summer of 2018." Just like that we were cancelled and left to fend for our own. I found the email very curt and dismissive in what was a major disruption to our much anticipated vacation. We are Hilton Honors members so we were told to contact the Hilton Honors contact and they were only able to find us hotels in the area that were priced over $140 more than our existing reservation at the Hampton Inn. Additionally, we were passed back and forth several times spending over 4 hours on hold throughout our various calls on our weekends. When we finally got through to someone who could help us after 20+ minutes on hold, the phone got disconnected and we did not receive a call back, it was maddening. We were being given the runaround by both Hampton Inn and Hilton Honors and no one was able to assist us in relocating us or getting us back our money. They cancelled our hotel on April 26, 2018 and have yet to refund our money and when we contact the hotel or Hilton Honors to inquire, neither is able to help us, which ultimately means, our vacation is in 11 days, we have no hotel, no money that we spent on our original reservation that appears to have been stolen, and due to how soon our trip is coming up we are priced out of any hotel in the area. This has caused an unmeasurable amount of stress to our vacation. How does a hotel like Hilton or the Hampton Inn not know they have renovations coming up and need to close prior to booking people? This isn't a mom and pop bed and breakfast. We are so disappointed with Hampton Inn, and Hilton. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR RESERVATION CANCELLED RIGHT BEFORE YOUR VACATION!

At the moment (April 2018) they are under construction, massive construction. The parking lot is full of supplies, the building is covered in plastic and it looks like it's snowing from all the Styrofoam /dust/insulation. We thought we had a reservation and were happy to find out it was a different Hampton. Being pregnant, I didn't want to be around all of that construction.

This hotel was great! The location was awesome, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and hope to stay there again.

Just left, and was sad to leave. Even in going through extensive renovations the staff was attentive and noise was at a minimum. They were pleasant and went out of their way to make sure you had what you wanted and needed. Sam was a staff member that we saw everyday of our stay and he was the main part in making sure we were well taken care of. The bacon and scrambled eggs were good, the boiled eggs seemed rubbery. They had fresh fruit everyday. I would like to see more breakfast choices. Overall I would stay again and most likely will soon. Thank you for hosting us all the way from Baltimore.
