  Everything was great. Comfortable beds with superior linens. The continental breakfast was on point. I will be staying here next time I'm in S.A.

  I think some of the employees where great and always smiling especially the housekeepers but I believe before they enter they need to knock louder and then enter and announce themselves a few times they startled us when they walked in people could've been naked. The traffic was horrible but not Hamptons fault lots of road construction when I went there so there was lots of vehicles backed up even at 10pm. My biggest concern was when we where without toilet paper for 2 days and that should never happen

  My arrival at this hotel the front desk was kinda rude and the room was clean. Stayed 7 nights here the shower head was not all that great the room service was poor and went 2 days without toilet paper had to go buy some. I wouldn't come back here again.

  Hotel is a standard Hampton Inn, which is great. Love the brand. And the location is good near BAMC. But it's also near the train and I heard it four times last night. So that didn't make for the most restful sleep.

  Location to downtown San Antonio is great. Rooms were clean, no smell, beds were good. Front desk clerk were nice and friendly. Indoor pool was good. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast, the server looking out for the breakfast area was great, always made sure everything was well stocked and clean. Would stay there again.
