  Front desk service was bad from the moment I asked them about airport shuttle service. When I asked about airport shuttle, the front desk person, Ebony, told me where to wait. After ten minutes of waiting, I called again to see where the shuttle was and she said I had to request for it. Hello!! That is why I called earlier!! Didnt feel the front desk staff that afternoon were very service oriented. I wanted to talk to the hotel manager but I was just staying one night. Would have appreciated front desk, who is a face of the hotel, to look for ways to make me feel good about staying at Hampton Inn. Other than that initial experience, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and lastly, the hotel shuttle gave us a ride to the nearby hotel we transferred to.

  Near Crystal City metro, airport, etc. Fantastic locations, and the value ratio relative to price is as good as you'll get in the neighborhood. Pentagon city mall is also within a mile. It's a Hampton Inn, so it's not the fanciest thing on earth, but you will likely be satisfied with what you get here. I did not bring a car (and you shouldn't need one), and stayed here for a conference at the Marriott Crystal Gateway, which was $100 more per night. I was happy with my choice.

  Very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing was in my room the air conditioning didn't seem to work that well. We adjusted the temperature upon arrival, and I don't think it ever really changed. Other then that, very pleasant!

  I only stayed a single night in this hotel, but I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The shower did take a while to get hot, but it got there eventually. I used the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport and both trips went well. The hotel is also within walking distance of many restaurants, which is nice. This was my first and only time staying in the area so I don't have much to compare it to and it was pricey, but so are the other hotels near the airport. Overall, I would stay here again.

  Conviently priced hotel located in Virginia but minutes away from D.C. They offer a free shuttle service that brings you to and from Regan Airport. The free shuttle also brings you to anything within 2 miles of the hotel. This includes multiple malls and restaurants. Complimentary, hot breakfast is served, buffet style, for guests every morning. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. This hotel is a win-win situation when visiting the Virginia/D.C. area.
