::Here's my opinion: Bed was average, not very comfortable Carpeting was old Air conditioning/ heat worked well Bathroom was tight for a bigger guy Clean lobby Room could use an update Large suite so spacing was not an issue Desk staff was friendly Location can be considered mostly safe Parking was semi tight but decent HOTTUB FITS TWO BIGGER INDIVIDUALS!!!! This is my thing, they are usually too small for larger adults, nvmind two people fitting inside. You'll be a little on top of one another legwise but that's ok to me, you'll both fit which is the main point. Little more expensive than it should be but it is what it is. You might want to bring a comforter to make the bed feel better but overall, not bad. Good spot for an overnight whatever you have to do, nothing fire a multiple day stay or to impress someone. Food is in the area, gas, stores as well but they do close moderately early. If I could give 3.5 stars I would, hottub saves it. If the bed was comfy id feel better about 4 stars.

::I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn for a business trip. My first issue is that I was bitten by bed bugs and I have pictures. I have bites on my arm, chest, stomach, and forehead. I inspected the bed and found one bug. I contacted the front desk and the staff was accommodating. I was moved to a suite at the same rate. I was traveling from Atlanta and was not very familiar with the area so I gave the room a try. I inspected the bed and didn't find any bugs. There were 3 pieces of hair on the linen and a stain on the mattress which is gross. I didn't make a big deal about it because hair and a stain is better than bed bugs. The ceilings looked like it had water damage and both rooms in general could have had better cleaning and repairs. Besides that, the suite was ok to complete my business trip. I decided to stay there through Friday and was offered the suite at the same rate. Management said they would comp my stay through Expedia as it was a third-party transaction. I also would have to check back in for my new reservation. I appreciated the staff trying to do right by me and I changed my mind about writing a bad review or spreading the word that the hotel had bed begs in a room. When I was checking in for my new reservation the woman assisting me, Barbara W was not pleasant. She did not want to honor the rate that was provided to rectify the situation. In fact, she treated me as if I was making it all up. She had the audacity to say that this is a great room and doesn't understand what happened. First of all, the room needs better cleaning, updates, and repairs. The breakfast was subpar and there is no entertainment. What’s so great about the hotel? It's 2 Stars at most with a 3 star brand. What’s more is that guests can be bitten by bed bugs. I don't even think the room was exterminated after I evacuated. Corporate should look into this. Next, there was no water on Thursday night and Friday morning. I could not flush the toilet or bathe with hot water. When checking out I had the same insensitive lady, Barbara say that it was nothing she could do to rectify the water situation. She still did not want to honor the rate provided to rectify the bed bug situation. Someone else assisted me with the billing but I don't see an adjustment on my credit card yet. I have contacted their corporate office as I want a full refund for my entire stay. I am considering filing a law suit. Barbara needs training on guest relations regarding sensitive issues and how to treat guests with empathy and respect.

::Rooms are worn and outdated. The room was adequately clean but could be cleaner. The staff was friendly, and the location was good.

::Would stay again. Miguel was a gem at check in. The computer malfunctioned but Miguel kept trying until it was working again. He gave directions to all the amenities once I was checked in. The rooms were clean except the king standard suite was missing a fridge and the shower doors could use a little mold and mildew TLC, I wish the pool water was warmer it was pretty cold but other than that everything else was good.

::Average hotel experience, but the lights in our room kept flickering. Indoor Pool was very chilly, but I guess you can't ask for much mid winter. The staff at the front desk and breakfast were very polite and accommodating.
