  Very nice our room very clean noise wasn't to bad after reading the reviews I was preparing for the worst nice to see earplugs in the room but didn't need them. I was in room 219 and it was spotless so kudos to housekeeping. Though being a silver member very sad by lack of water.

  I can't thank the staff enough, especially Feven at the front desk, for helping me during Boston Marathon weekend. She fixed a booking error and arranged for late checkout at a discounted rate! Even though the race conditions were horrible my stay was fantastic. This is just another example of why I enjoy staying at Hilton brand hotels. Top-notch service from great people, what more can you ask for?

  Good price as Hilton Honors member. Walked into hotel vs online book and got better price. King + sofa bed was very spacious. Breakfast good. Parking across street and $25/day. Try to get room that is not facing Mass Ave...very loud with sirens due to being next to hospital. Staff was great.

  Hotel oceniam na ocenę 4. Dobrymi stronami hotelu są: ładne pokoje, miła obsługa hotelowa i darmowe wi-fi zaś bardzo dużym minusem są śniadania, ponieważ jest bardzo mały wybór, a ze względu na tamtejsze zwyczaje całe śniadanie jest na słodko.

  Room was clean, front desk was polite and helpful. Nice view of the city from the pool which is on the 9th floor. My only complaint could be that we had to wait 20 for our room to be ready when we arrived at 4 p.m. despite having a reservation. But that's really not that big a deal since you cannot help someone checking out late from the room when you ask for a specific room number. Rather the room be clean and give them time to prep it.
