  Hampton Inn was nice and pleasant. Free Continental breakfast and 24/7 coffee & guest laundry. Heated pool & snack shop. The bad thing is people smoke a lot of Marijuana on the upper floors regardless of the "No Smoking" signs everywhere.

  First night of a four night stay, couldn’t have had a more pleasant start! Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area! Clean rooms, friendly staff, very accommodating and can definitely appreciate the recent renovations! Highly recommend!

  I left my sweatshirt in the room. I called the next day and I presumed it would be in their lost/found area. I know I left my sweatshirt in the room as it was the only place I was. Yet, they said "nope -- nothing found here". It was a nice shirt too. And, I have to believe housekeeping just took it versus handing it in -- as would be done at a nicer hotel. No honesty or integrity.

  I can't say enough about the staff. From check in with Leah which was a breeze to hanging out in the lobby breakfast room trying to get warm by the fireplace , the staff could only respond with "how can I help?" Vicky and Steve took quite a while attempting to turn the fire on. They did not give up. It was freezing in that lobby area but their tenacity got that fireplace lit. It changed the entire ambiance of the room and those of us in the room were able to warm up on a cold winter's day. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location is situated near many stores and restaurants. I felt safe unable to accomplish things I went to do. Breakfast was incredibly varied. With so many choices it was much more than expected. Staying at the Hampton inn is a no-brainer. We attend a yearly convention at a hotel nearby which was sold out. I opted for Hampton inn. From here on out we will be staying at this hotel instead of the convention hotel.

  We are originally from LI and this Hampton Inn is our go to when we go back to visit. On our recent stay our flight home was canceled because of the hurricane and we needed to stay an additional day. Vikki was so understanding and was able to book us for another night at a discount. We were very grateful. Even when we checked out the next day still unsure if out flight would get out Stephanie told us she would work to help us out if need be. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you for everything.
