::This is a great hotel. We had a reservation problem and the guys at the front desk were very helpful and understanding and did everything to get us into a room so that we were not stranded in Atlanta over night. The young man cleaned the room for us spotless. I could not have asked for a better experience in the situation that was going on.

::Great location near the Georgia Tech campus. The front desk staff were really amazing and professional. Close proximity to so much of the downtown Atlanta area. Rooms were clean and well maintained. My family and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

::Hands down, this is the BEST staffed hotel I have stayed at in/around Atlanta. Helpful, friendly, hardworking, and very hospitable! When hotels have similar amenities, the staff makes all the difference, and this Hampton has the staff! Thanks for a great stay! See you again, soon!

::Our stay was okay, but there were a number of things that detracted from our trip. First of all, because it was Family Weekend at GA tech, our rooms were over $400/night. For that price, no matter if it had been jacked up for whatever reason, I would expect better. There was no room safe and no way to secure our belongings. There was no safe at the front desk. The staff were very friendly, but they failed to tell us that the room card had to be used in the elevator. Now, we’re no idiots, and we travel all the time, but the least they could’ve done was tell us about the elevator and the card. When I went back to the front desk, no one appeared. I guess they were getting their kicks watching two clueless women and a teenager try to use the elevator. Too funny. Also, I had to get something out of my car, which was parked right next to the valet stand. We were in a hurry and other people were talking over us, and the attendant refused to give me the keys to my car to get two birthday cards out of the back seat. The woman who paid for the room was standing right there, but he refused. I told him he could come with me or heck, just watch me, as I extracted the cards from the back seat. It took my son going over to the car and yelling by out the number for him to finally give me my keys. Finally, the cleanliness of the room was not great. For over $400/night, I don’t expect to find greasy, dark marks on the corners of walls and dust on everything. There wasn’t even a luggage rack for one suitcase, and yet we got a suite, which would warrant at least two luggage racks. We made do, but seriously, either don’t charge that high price or raise your standards. I was very disappointed. I also got the impression that some of the staff were treating us poorly because of our race. Unacceptable. Do better, Hilton.

::Customer Service at this location was excellent. Staff always greeted and was very helpful. The staff always seemed to have such a pleasant attitude. The breakfast was pretty good and plentiful also. Yhe breakfast area was very clean and well lit. Upon arrival in the room we did notice a bit of musty smell but we didn't harp on it because we always carry room deodorizer with us. The A C unit was a bit noisy also. The location was great. You could get a lot of places by walking if you're into walking. Overall I would recommend this location
