  Great shop with just amazing and unique products. Picked up a few items and best of the lot was a rechargeable LED torch (500 lumins) which is also back up battery bank.

  Unfortunately HD does not honor the conditions clearly posted on my invoice! “A lifetime guarantee of complete satisfaction. You may return for exchange, credit or refund.” No limits! Purchased a Ring Video System and it has not worked consistently as the audio is defective. Company will only refund if purchased within a year! Who wants a credit with a company like this? I need to repurchase and then return! Costs more then the unit itself! Credit is useless! Advertising is false and misleading! Disappointed! Customer service lacking!

  An amazing store with absolutely incredible and knowledgeable staff their return policy is something that we no longer see at any store, it is truly a lifetime warranty. When I had to return an item they simply had one waiting for me at the register took my old broken item and never asked any questions and handed over brand new item to replace it and helped me around the store with another purchase.

  **An Update** even though the order was cancelled in December they delivered the item and charged my card in May. 5 months after the initial order. A phone call to them and they said they had no record of my call or email and said that I could return it myself! I refused so they arrange a Fedex pickup that was due on Monday. Wednesday it's still on my doorstep and another call and they claim no pickup booked and no record of the call arranging it. How to make a bad situation worse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS**** The worst customer experience ever. A Christmas present ordered that a week before the big day they tell me won't be delivered now until New Year because of stock shortages (why did you sell it in the 1st place and then take 2 weeks to realise you didn't have enough). I then called and the most obnoxious and rude rep on the phone said 'what do you want me to do about it' in the way that you know they're not going to do anything about it, and of course didn't. Then an email to their service team saying how disappointed I was with the whole experience that got no response. I chased after 6 weeks to finally hear back from someone who said 'well we can't change the past', thanks, very helpful. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

  it's a tech savvy geek store, where you can find unusual and unique items. The store offers a great deal among customers in terms of product's warranty. Rest assured that their customer service is beyond satisfaction.
