  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the difference between products and help me make a powerful flooring choice. Their prices are also very competitive and they stand by their word. The selection they have is also better and larger than what you would find at a typical flooring location. They are 1 of 3 stores in NYC to carry some very high end brands.

  it had been about 19 years since I've had a need for flooring. I walked into Hamilton and was greeted with "NANCY, HI HOW ARE YOU!" from George.... I was shocked he remembered me! Love those guys! Always a pleasure to deal with.... Thanks George! Thanks Harry!

  George (the owner) and Harry (one of the managers) provided top-notch service from start to finish: helped us pick the right flooring for our kitchen, came to measure and discuss installation, and didn't even charge us extra when the installers had to stop the job midway (due to our own screw-up with the co-op) and come back a second day to finish. The installers were so pleasant: friendly, fast, and cleaned-up after themselves. Highly recommend.
