  I typically don't feel the need to write reviews, but I have to defend Halsey Cleaners. I have been going here weekly for over a year and have had great service week in, week out. I've had all types of services here (dry cleaning, alterations, etc) and have been more than happy each time. Pricing is very fair across the board. Halsey Cleaners has been in business for over 18 years and it's a shame that a few bad comments can hurt this business. Many tenants in my building use Halsey Cleaners and have had the same experience as I have. I would recommend Halsey Cleaners to anyone looking for a good dry cleaner.

  Poor customer service, overpriced, the repair was faulty and poor qualitt.

  My review has been updated! I recently started to take my husbands suits and shirts to this cleaners. It started off good I’m regards to the service. However, my husband never took back his stuff there because he went to pick up his clothes and his white dress shirts that’s he just bought and took them to be cleaned looked very dinged like an old shirt. He spoke to the lady and she didn’t have any respect on sympathy on that issue and mind you my husband would take clothes weekly there because he wears suits everyday. I believe since the new helper came and the other one went back to her country this is where the issue of the clothes not looking clean began. My husband is a very peaceful and patient person meaning he will go to a place if their customer service is good and they don’t do a good job cleaning. But he was very upset about the owners attitude and so we never go to this cleaners. I was very surprised by her attitude also.
