  These guys scam parents and insurance companies. If you get a scummy bill from these guys, DONT PAY IT. they just bill you for a shakedown even if your insurance already paid

  I’ve been getting statements every month for the past 4 months and when I call, I never get a call back. I even mailed back a statement with my insurance information and they still sent another statement. This place seems shady

  Fed up dealing with their billing department, they cannot file a claim to my insurance correctly and keep sending me bills for $550 for my newborn hearing test. Not only this amount is way higher than the market rate, they cannot even be consistent about how many times and when they billed my insurance. If you have a choice, avoid dealing with this company.

  What a scam! They come by and say, “it’s time for the hearing test. It MUST be done within 24 hours of your daughter’s birth”. It’s made to seem like it’s part of what you pay for in this hospital room. WRONG! I got the bill for a “hearing test” that took less than ten minutes. $550!!! I called a private audiologist and they charge me $149, max! This company takes advantage of people. Watch out! Pathetic way to do business. Peace Health should be ashamed to associate with this company.

  Childs hearing test at birth, didn't even know they did it, cost over $500 !! Fought it down ultimately to $37.50. Not a great example of healthcare. Very poor service overall.
