  I do not hesitate to say, Hallak can provide 5 star quality cleaning. However communication can be improved. A couple of months a go, I sent in my Burberry trench coat stained with paint to Hallak as recommended by Burberry stores. It returned as if it is a brand new coat, except some stains was not removed as promised. I sent in for a second time service. John, the owner sent me a letter asking for details, I replied. To my surprise, not only I received John's reply, but also a full refund. See attached John's reply. I would recommend Hallak, especially for high-end garments.

  George is exceptional! He made every appointment very productive and enjoyable, taking great care in each detail and incorporating my feedback. I was wow-ed by how flexible and welcoming the staff was each time I visited and was grateful to come here to make my wedding day alterations just right!

  I would like to start off by thanking James. He's been nothing but kind, considerate, caring, and patient! His customer service is truly great! I work in sales, and when I walk out of Hallak, I always say, I need to be more like James! As for the actual work that they do there. It is the best work I've ever seen! I have lived in Milan, and Barcelona, have traveled all around Europe and have never seen work like there's! The proof was when they saved a custom made WHITE, Tom Ford suit of mine! We all know when it turns yellow it's garbage, well not anymore! Take it to Hallak, forget the price, and say thank you (very much) when you're done! Thank you James, and thank you Hallak!!

  Never again! Unbelievably expensive ($183 for a scarf and two blouses) and awful service. All my whites came black in light blue and it took them a week to return them again...in light blue.
