::Friendly staff, only set back when a wig is not in stock, they don't know when it's coming in. They Need more of a selection, They should make the wig section bigger, its so cramped that it's hard to really look at the wigs without knocking some over. A bit pricey for the limited selection. But, I found some good deals.

::Prices here are a bit high compared to others but they have great selection on hair products especially for natural hair. Frequent visitors receive a small discount on purchases.

::Absolute worst prices you will ever see! They had a freetresa wig there for $87 and when I showed them how much the wig costs from the manufacturer, (freetresa) which was $52 full price no discount, they were rude and told me that everyone buys it. The beauty supply store buys the wigs wholesale which means that the cost of the wig can be up to 50% off of the $52 cost for consumers from the manufacturer. What made matters worse was that the wig they were charging $87 for had one star because it was bad quality . The store is a rip off. I’m tired of these foreign shop owners coming into the hood with inflated prices and taking advantage of the local people. At least match the price from the manufacturer when somebody challenges your prices. I’m posting this review on every social media outlet I can find.

::I've shopped here twice in the past and I've always had a good experience. Friendly, helpful staff, and can find what I need quickly. Today was my 3rd time and I needed 1 thing. I knew where it was, so it was going to be a quick stop. As soon as I walked in, a lady with long dark hair was standing near the door. She made a loud "hmmmm" sound when I entered. I didn't associate that with my entrance at the time, but I know better now. I went down the ramp, found the item I was looking for and turned to head back up the ramp (less than 20 seconds in the building) and the dark haired woman had followed me from the front of the store and was standing at the top of the ramp, drinking her coffee, staring right at me. I get that theft happens and that you must protect your business. I've been in retail management for over 15 years and have run many stores in high theft areas. If you assume someone is a shoplifter, you customer service them, be friendly and present. You DO NOT treat them like a criminal, following them and glaring at them when they may simply be a honest person, spending their hard earned money to pay your bills! And what was that assumption made on?! I had no bags. I have a guess.... Anyway, I've always told my associates, it takes consistently good service to keep a customer and only one bad interaction to lose them forever. While I love supporting small businesses, and this store is located only 5 minutes away from home, I will go out my way to find another location, or stick with Amazon. I will not patronize a business who profits off the backs of people they don't like or trust.
