  Hale and Hearty soups is one of my favorite places to go to for lunch they never rush you out the salads are good they're made right in front of you and the soups are usually extremely good problem there are too many to choose from

  軽い夕食にちょうどいいあったかスープ メニューがたくさんあり、選びきれなかったため無難にクラムチャウダーと人気No1というトマトチーズスープを注文。 Sサイズ2つで12ドルほどだったと思います。 クラッカーを浸して食べるとこれまた絶品。 私がニューヨーカーなら毎日通いたいお店です！

  On a day off work, I decided to check out Hale & Hearty since it had been a couple years since my last visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my crab bisque soup and half sandwich. The selection of soups was overwhelming and I made a quick choice or else I would have been debating all day! Looking forward to going back to try more. Their seating area was small but perfect.

  Different soups, salads, and sandwiches every day. They even let you taste before you buy

  I call the restaurant because I realize I added a extra number to my job address. The lady told me to hold on, I hear in the background her saying I need to update my address. All of sudden I hear the phone click. I figure she forgot I was on the phone or someone hung on me by accident, which was fine because I call back. I call back and told the same lady that answer the phone that someone hung up on me while you told me to hold on. She then tells me that I hung up on her. I told the lady I did not hang up, why would I when I want to make sure the address is correct. Then I hear her saying this to next lady I hung up the phone and saying we did not hang up on her, while passing the phone to the other worker. The lady was very rude and I do not like being called a liar. I told the lady who took over the call just to cancel my order even though she said she does not work in the deliver department and she is an older lady. My over all point be professional, at least put me on hold and then have you conversation. She should have not pretty much indirectly call the customer a liar.
