  Tourist in NYC , Ordered the Shepard pie thinking it was a dish $10...but came as a blended soup. It was better than the actual dish , large bowl that was very filling had left overs. Came with two scoops of mashed potatoes on top .

  The website says this location is open until 10pm. I arrived at 6pm. There were several employees behind the counter, but one was sweeping and others didn't seem like they were waiting for customers. So I (politely) asked "are you closed?" One employee aggressively snapped "YES, WE'RE CLOSED." Sorry, but it's not my fault you are closed 4 hours before your posted closing time. It was extremely rude. I was about to make this place my grab-dinner-on-the-way-home place, but I was left with such a negative feeling that I don't think I'll ever try this place again.

  Had to have come from a can. Had the tell-tale metallic aftertaste. Campbells is superior.

  Ordered the lobster bisque, was a squash soup with lobster flavoring, very little lobster flavoring, and no lobster meat. When brought back to the counter (full except 1 spoon taste) was told no exchange. Very disappointed.
