  My cousin and I go to this store everyday for soups and sandwiches, especially the soups...I notice that the soups have been tasting amazing lately and the new management always ensures that I as well as my fellow customers are always taken care of...I literally go to this Hale & Hearty location everyday and am always pleased at the customer service. I am not quite sure what has changed from them till now but keep it up as will forever be a loyal customer. There is also another lady at the front who is very tentative to everyone that walks in the store...Gives me a sense of comfortability.

  They have one of these downtown where I work so I'm tailoring my review to that location, where lunch meals are always a bit hectic and very crowded. I thought the selection was pretty strong and I liked that both soups and sandwiches are labelled vegetarian which helps when you're choosing items. I also thought the soup and sandwich combo was pretty well priced given its competitors (Potbelly and Jersey Mike's) just down the street. I think for vegetarian, this is probably the best sandwich and soup place on the block. Try the spiced lentil soup and the 4 cheese panini if you want something quick and wholesome!
