    To make a long story I had the best ever experience with salesman James boyd. My first day James showed me every car in the lot.i left and didn’t buy anything and the whole time James assured me that when I was ready to buy to return and he would help me out.     I recently showed up to have the recall taken care of. Came in and said hi to some of the familiar faces, dropped off the car, gave them my name, had them call me when it's all done. I hadn't had my coffee yet; so of course I grabbed a cup there, and one of those bagels they leave out for their customers. I was in and out with no problems, very straight forward, very easy and convenient. I know I can trust in Hyundai 112, while I handle the rest of my busy day.

    Great Customer Service! I just leased my second Hyundai from them. I've always had a great experience. Dan helped me with both vehicles, couldn't be happier. Service department is also great. Mary helped me when I last brought my car in for service, shes very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend Hyundai 112.

    Time efficiency. I scheduled a 930 appointment for an oil change. I didn't leave the Hyundai dealership until close to 1130. An oil change should not require more than 30 minutes max. Plus, with an appointment there should be some sort of priority. It is difficult to spend 2 hours waiting on something that should be done in a faster manner.

    Bought a car through the 112 Auto group. The experience was swift and painless. I went in and explained what I wanted and needed and Tyler was great finding it. He was personable and listened to me. I was so inpressed with experience I brought my daughter down the next day. Pat listened to her needs and with the help of Irving and Terrance found a way to get her into a car. As a dealership they all work together and this was great to see. I will refer anyone there.
