  I never write reviews, but after my experience with this AMAZING hair salon I was compelled to write one. Hairsquare is a classy and clean hair salon that has a ton of style and charm to it. As soon as I walked in, Kallie, the technician greeted me, checked me in and asked if I would like a beverage (so nice). I have Alopecia and had been looking for help and could never seem to find it. All I would find is empty promises, and or medications that didn't work, H.S. told me all my options and they even made some suggestions that we meet in the middle and the results speak for themselves! I wasn't happy with having to wait 6 weeks for my order to come in but I was told it was hand made and 6 to 8 weeks is normal. I was simply very eager...worth the wait......my hair looks and feels outstanding. I highly recommend this place!

  I had a great experience with Hair Square. Fred made the process easy for both myself and my husband. More importantly, my hair never looked better-- a fabulous outcome. We couldn't be happier!

  Beware women with trichotillomania and alopecia this is not where you want to go! Please don't make the same mistake I made in your desperation for a solution. I worked with this group for a little over three months with disastrous results. Being a trichotillomania sufferer I had hair loss on top front top crown but I had a lot of length still. 1.They promised me the unit would be undetectable , and it wasn't 2.They told me nothing about the truth of the maintenance of the unit until it was on my head 3.They assured me that my own hair would stay intact and not be damaged and they didn't properly pull my own hair through the integrated hair system and it got trapped under it and matted so terribly that the mats had to be cut out and I lost ALOT of the length of my hair in the back on sides 4. They made no mention that I would get terrible sores and scabs along my hairline where this unit was attached to my head basically threaded in with raised dots..when I asked them about these sores and scabs they told me my scalp would get used to it! that isn't true at all 5. They told me that I would have to come back every 4-6 weeks to get it tightened that became every 2-3 weeks 6. The unit itself sheds terribly and became really thin and then they said oh you need to get two of them so you can rotate them..also information that was never shared with me upfront. 7. In the whole time I came for services they only were able to color my hair once and it was done very poorly because the young technician didn't seem to have much experience as a colorist. and then when I needed color again they had no sink in their space and no supplies so I would leave with an incomplete servicing. The basically withheld crucial information from me that they knew about and truly damaged my hair and scalp. Sadly when you are so desperate for a solution these people just take advantage of that. I would not trust them whatsoever I did find a woman though in Wall Twnship NJ Transitions Hair Solutions, Danielle is the owners name. She is part of a group of hair loss companies that are held to higher standard of ethics and overall practices and she was sought out to carry a state of the art line of hair systems made in Bologna Italy. Her site shows how the prosthetics are made in full. Nothing hidden or withheld. She also told me that sadly she has gotten many unfortunate women from the Englewood area that have fallen victim to the same practices that I experienced and has had to rebuild trust and show them that there are people out there that care and truly deliver on their promises with nothing hidden. Its about as expensive but far superior, totally undetectable naturally hair. Really amazing technology.
