  Went here for color and it was and easy! Love my new look. The stylists are friendly and informative and you can check in online to secure your spot ahead of time.

  I had a fantastic experience at this location. It was quick service and very reasonable prices. My stylist Destiny had a great and positive attitude! She explained in full detail how she would cut my hair. I would highly recommend both Destiny and the Hair Cuttery on Bethesda Row.

  Terrible. I went in to see about a blow dry/shampoo. The website says $18. The clerk said it would be $28 because I have "long hair." It is barely past my shoulder. Medium length if any. And why would length matter? The website is misleading. What I really didn't like was the stylist piping in with a sly grin to confirm the price. Really?! I understood the first time, and NO, I don't need your attitude. Won't go back there.

  My husband got the worst haircut of his life here. I don't know what the lady was doing. He showed her a picture and he shaved the sides of his head at a 1 and left the top of his head full of hair. It looked like a mohawk. Nothing like he showed her. Really terrible.

  I’ve had fine experiences here before and it’s so cheap that I keep going, but today I asked for layers and it was done SO poorly that I now have to cut off like four inches of hair just to get rid of the awful, choppy “layers,” even though I hate short hair. I’d go here for a straight across cut if I’m on a budget, but nothing else ever.
