  I have straight thick hair and the last time I went there I sat there while 2 of the hair stylists actually stood behind me arguing who is going to do my hair because no one wanted to "deal" with thick hair. That was it for me obviously I wasnt wanted and I wasnt going back. Very rude knowing I could hear everything
