  The stylists are good and they know what they are doing but there are some major issues that need to be fixed before I would think about going there again. They seem to have forgotten the concept of appointments and yet ask you to schedule one, after every visit. I have been going to them regularly every month for the last one year and had not faced any issues as such until the last month and then again today. Just like every other time I had booked an appointment a month in advance and was expecting to be in and out of the place in about 30 minutes because a simple haircut is all I ever get at this place. I totally understand the fact that taking an appointment does not guarantee that you will be attended to at the precise time and there will always be a delay of a few minutes. However, on my last visit the wait was much longer than a few minutes, yet I complied and sat there patiently, assuming that it might be a one time thing. I had an appointment scheduled for today and like every other time I had confirmed over the phone that I will be there on time and I was actually got there a few minutes ahead of the schedule. Upon getting there I found out that my stylist was busy with another customer and I would have to wait. Since that was normal, I had no problem with waiting for my turn. However, about 10 minutes later I found out that there was yet another customer in the line before me which meant it would be a while before I would get out of the place. Eventually after waiting for more that 40 minutes I had decided to walk out when I saw that the stylist was finally available. Since I was already seated I decided to get the haircut but I also decided to not schedule an appointment for the next time since that was worthless. Now, at some point during the haircut they do give you a wash which has always been a quick job. But as you know that if you hit one red light on your way then you will hit all the others too! My fate wasn't any different. When I sat in the chair to get my hair washed, the one who does it was busy with another customer which is again totally normal. But as soon as she was done with that customer she got busy helping other customers at the counter and it felt as if I was invisible to her. It must have been an easy 5+ minutes before she realized that I was waiting for her. This was the tipping point for me as a consequence of which I will be taking my business elsewhere. Long story short, the people running this place need to get their act together, perhaps hire more people who can help them manage it better before there are other people posting similar things.

  Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and friendly! I loved my hair and will definitely be coming back.

  I'm more than pleased with David. He is amazing. It was my first time at the salon yesterday, March 6, 2018 and the treatment my girls and I received was incredible. David, Anthony and Jessica are all very sweet and friendly. My 10 year old told David, " You saved my hair". He did an amazing job. Is very rare to find a salon where you are treated like family and with so much dedication. I'll definitely go back and recommend this salon without hesitation. Thanks Guys!!!! 😘😍

  This is def the spot for a luxurious hair treatment! I commute 2 hours to come to his salon,it’s totally worth it! David always makes my hair out of this world!!!! Totally recommend him! Cute,cozy & very friendly environment. You get your money’s worth, i’ve never been disappointed!

  they probably pay people to write good reviews for them. They are the most unprofessional people in business. Do not go there! Asked for a simple blowout and curls and they did not even curl my hair right. My hair was STRAIGHT! Stylists do not know what they are doing!!
