  I had a two teeth extracted on a Monday. The top tooth was ok, sore but tolerable. The bottom was in so much pain and it swelled like a softball. Dr haimes only gave me a prescription for Vicodin and no antibiotics. I called Tuesday morning he was in no voicemsil set up no emergency contact. At 12 I to my regular dentist. There was a white slimy mass in the bottom extractaction. My dentist tried to call the surgeon to see if it was packing. All he got was the person you have tried to reach has not set up a voice mail. At 2 O'Clock I got the assistant, she said there was no packing used. I told her the pain was unbateable and that I needed antibiotics, she said they would call them in tomorrow. I said I need them now please. My dentist called in the prsciption for me and said I need to go back to the surgeon and have that checked.. I went and called Wednesday. No one was in no answer on phone. Thursday same thing. I stopped in at the attorney next door to see if something happened to the doctor. She said this goes on all the time. Friday at 10 the assistant answered I started to tell her about the problem and she hung up or we got disconnected. I called rigbt back and now they have a voice mail. My brother frove me there right away. No one was there. The mail was shoved under the door. I saw the girl in the sytornehsi office agsian, she took a message for them.. It is now one week later the pain is still crazy been to my dentist twice. My regular Dr once and spent 8 hours at Stonybrook hosp. Still not one call back from dr haimes. He is a butcher. Dr Nicols in West Islip is much better.
