::My husband and I bought a Honda Odyssey here. The entire purchase from the first time we called to when we walked in to when we drove out in our new van was the most pleasant experience ever! Our salesman Mike Lee took great care of us, took the time to answer all of our questions but was never pushy and did not try to sell us anything extra. The building is huge, they have a children's play room, clean restrooms, a great deli and with amazing food, and very friendly staff all around. The next car we purchase, I know the first and only place we'll go!!!

::Had one of these best experiences purchasing a vehicle and probably the BEST salesman ever. My husband and I had shopped several dealers and decided Huggins would be the last one. We knew what we wanted but the other guys said that's impossible and didn't have exactly what we wanted. Upon meeting Gus Rodriguez he was very friendly, courteous and said with confidence I'm going to get you in that car (the one we wanted and prayed for) and that he did! Talking to him was like talking to an old friend. I highly recommend this gentleman and thank him for his kind words and warm welcome. Gus you were awesome.

::Honest, ethical and friendly are the words I use to describe the staff at Huggins Honda. I would never hesitate to refer anyone to this dealer. Hailey is our sales associate and has been with Huggins for 13 years (which should tell you something about the company). She didn't hesitate to let us test drive anything we asked about. Everything from a CR-V to a Honda Pilot. Excellent experience. I strongly suggest you ask for Hailey as she knows the entire range of products in great detail. So you know, I've over 20 years in the automotive industry as a field engineer for a major German manufacturer. I know when I'm getting honest, straight up treatment. This place is the real deal. I highly recommend them.

::"Mr. B" Nguyen took great care of us today! We had just stepped onto the lot to shop around and he was the first person to approach us and asked if we had been helped or needed help. Once we found the car that I chose, he promptly took us inside and began the purchasing process. He made the transaction such an easy one and was very patient and personable with my parents and I. He even brought us water and snacks without asking for it! And he obviously is a VERY valued employee at Huggins. I could tell by all the people who stopped by to see him while we were there. After we finalized everything, he made sure to explain what was what and what was where in my car and even invited me back if I wanted a more thorough walk through. Seriously, he is the best. Ask for him if you go to this location and you will be taken very well care of. Thank you, Mr. B!

::*UPDATE*: Recently had substantial damage done to my car and brought it to Huggins to take care of the repairs. Huggins Service department is honestly FANTASTIC. Matt Smith jumped in right away to help and kept me up to date on the process and progress (more than my insurance company truthfully) of my repairs. Made a frustrating experience a pretty great one. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Had a wonderful experience here! Set up an appointment with Justin to look at a Honda CR-V, and Justin was incredibly kind and personable. On our way to the dealership Justin called and informed us he unfortunately had to leave, and left us in the hands of his coworker Christian. From the very beginning Christian was patient in letting me look at nearly every CR-V on the lot, answered every question and knew the technology of the CR-Vs well, which I appreciated so much. There was never any pressure to make a decision or purchase. He just laid out all of the information as far as comparisons and payments went on different CR-Vs, and let me think and talk through my options. Stayed late to accommodate us on a weeknight, which I also appreciated!
