  Was greeted promptly by their salesman Neal. He worked up a plan quickly and my price as well. I will be doing more business with him in the future.

  I have called this company three times because I am ready to remodel my kitchen and they were a referral each time I was given another number to call to "remind" the sales person if they forgot. Well they all forgot, I even called talked to one and then still no appointment to begin the design process. Must be nice to be so "busy". You don't have time for new customers. I give up. If they can't even handle appointments how in the world do they handle kitchen projects well.

  Had a kitchen cabinet door that was busted and they repaired it for a much more reasonable price than I was expecting. It was not a cabinet door that I could find a matching replacement for so I shopped around for repair quotes. The one other company that I could get to even call me back (out of three) quoted a firm $225 (!!!!). The folks at Hager not only were johnny-on-the-spot responsive, but quoted that it would likely be in the $100/200 range (but definitely no more than $200) and the actual price ended up being $68. What a nice surprise! And considering they quoted the lowest potential price of $100 and could have charged me that and I would have walked away happy, they earned my loyalty knowing that they COULD have charged me more but they didn't. Highly recommend!!!
