  Never actually got to see the dentist because I spoke to a very rude woman on the phone. I asked if I could make an appointment as I was in Glen Rock for the month, and she kept interrupting me saying, "I...can't...UNDERSTAND...you" with tons of attitude as she slowly drawled the words out. I started repeating myself for about 5 seconds before she says, "Honey. You're not making sense. I can't understand you," leading to me feeling frustrated. I finally manage to tell her that I would like a wisdom tooth pulled. Before I could finish telling her my situation, she said, "You need an oral surgeon for that," in the most condescending sneer every, just as I was about to say that I had a referral for a simple extraction, and my dentist's office was ready to send over my X-Rays. When I asked her if a referral would suffice, she asked, "A WHAT? I don't understand you again," to which I was so frustrated I simply thanked her for her time and told her good day and hung up the phone. I never had such a reception at any of the other dentists' offices I called that similarly accepted my insurance. And thankfully, I was able to make an appointment during my next call to another office.
