  The park that DSNY forgot. Overgrown with weeds, overflowing trash bins, drunks sleeping it off on the benches in the morning. And, what's weird, is that many of the benches face away from the park and towards a noisy polluted highway from some reason. It has a dirt patch surrounded by chicken wire that the dog walkers use to run their dogs.
