  Despite asking in advance, office did not inform "Hefty Consultation Charge". Charged over $800 just for consultation (sweet talk by Dr. Sen) in Hackensack Hospital. Billed insurance and got paid over $15,000 for two injections and THEN their billing office turned me over to collection agency "Pressler and Pressler". Who successfully maneuvered Court system to get a "Judgement". Regret using them. My suggestion is to avoid using Hackensack Anesthesiology Associates at all costs. Stay away from them. There are many HONEST PRACTICES available nearby. Do not be fooled by their presence in Hackensack Hospital. STAY AWAY FROM HAA.

  So, trying to delete a flame review, after resolving my issue with them to my full satisfaction. Looks like overwriting it with this, is the best I can do. Their phone system needs work, but I've been satisfied with my contact with their billing department.
