  Every time I go there is a girl with glasses who refuses to make coffees and says the machine for frappes is not working. But when I go and she is not there the machine always work and they magically have coffee. Terrible

  I went to buy an ice cream in Town Center Mall, I arrived at 8:55 pm, and it was already closed. When I asked if they could attend me, they told me no because it was practically nine o'clock. however, Auntie Annie’s still open. In addition there was another group of families who wanted to buy. Unfortunately we had to go. That is not good customer service. They should change the hours in google business since goggle said Closes soon.

  Stopped for a special treat on our shopping trip. I asked a simple question about ingredients in an item on the menu and the staff member couldn't describe the menu item to me. I only ordered two items and they were super simple, but she continued to roll her eyes every time she spoke to me, as if I was inconveniencing her. It's seriously just ice cream. I think I'm just going to skip out on dessert next time. I don't need to pay a premium for mall ice cream to be treated that way!

  I just ordered a pretty big order for my group. The order came out great, but that's not the reason Im giving them 5 stars. The line got a little unorganized and a bit confusing, so two ladies were over looked in line. The ladies were furious. One walked off and the other went off. One customer asked her to calm down and she replied vulgarly. The baristas stayed calm and they let her know they didn't know she was next. She replied with more profanity. They apologized. I really appreciate the fact the baristas kept their cool.

  Delicious ice cream! The service was really nice, I was able to decide which one I wanted because I got to try a couple flavors. They even teach me had to use the app to det rewards. Thanks!
