  This is by far the worse building to live in. The management is terrible. Boiler, pipes, maintenance is all in terrible condition. The landlord NEVER answers the phone. The super pretends to be working, but the building had issues every single week. They don't deserve to have tenants that pay such expensive rent!!!

  Worst building ever don’t go there it’s infested with bed bugs DO NOT GO THERE landlord is awful nasty Chinese guy barely knows English probably doesn’t even know at all. Terrible service!!

  Building is super bad no one take care of this building the super and landlord don't answer the phone no one picks up the landlord is awful and the elevator is stuck almost everyday the stairs are smelly and dirty. This landlord should get his license taken away.
