  As a Doctors office we were left on hold for 30 min for the staff to find the pharmacy fax number. Please if you are a patient be smart and choose a different pharmacy.

  The lady at the window is always rude. I go to pick up prescriptions for my parents and she always has the worst attitude. Looks like she doesn't want to be there. She's the very tall husky Hispanic lady. Boss needs to have a chat with her.

  This place is ridiculous! It has gotten worse recently, they will literally have you sit n wait in drive thru for 10 min before they tell you they will be right with you n then have you wait another 30 min so they can say they have to call Doctor or do not have it. I mean what's the point of taking our phone number down then? Worst HEB pharmacy ever!!!! Do not go here!

  Take to long in the drive thru just to tell u they don't have it ready.
