::This is the best. I am not one to go to a gym. Our trainer comes to our home, brings all the equipment that is needed. The program that our trainer has created is wonderful. Our trainer changes our program every 4 weeks, so you never get tired of doing the same routine. Works with our schedule. Changing our eating habits, working out with Gymguyz, lost 25 pounds......

Clean facilities. Close to the Northern State Parkway and The Long Island Expressway. We will definitely be going back.

::Nothing but a great experience! They come to your house and do a full body assessment. They talk to you about your goals and figure out the perfect plan for you. Brandon, my trainer, was awesome. We worked hard, and had a great time. Would highly recommend this service!

::This is an updated review. I had previously expressed disappointment in how they handled the "hand-off" to a new trainer when they let my trainer go. Their response to my review was very quick and they reacted in a way that was positive and interested in making things better. They did that and the trainer that they assigned me was fantastic. I had a health issue that prevented me from continuing and they let my husband take over the remaining sessions. My husband was very happy as well and got a lot out of the sessions. Recommend!
