::Love this Crossfit gym, great programming, nice selection of classes to accommodate multiple levels of athlete, excellent coaching, and very supportive. They could use some more equipment, and a better A/C unit, but despite those things, they manage to get many of their crew to regionals every year. The programming includes macro- meso- and micro-cycles, and has helped me PR on many lifts and benchmark WODs. They also have a very low injury rate as noted by several PT and massage therapists around town.

::I have tried various Xfit gyms in Tucson. Crossfit Works was by far the worst. For starters,‎ one of the owners of Crossfit Works is completely nuts!!! She is totally out to lunch, and it really does not seem to know what she is talking about. I tried this gym, and I watched people not learning good form or proper technique- save your money!!! Try a different crossfit in Tucson- because this gym is no good. There are much better run and cleaner places in Tucson. If you want to be injured- Try Crossfit Works.
